We started adding detailed guide on how to get started with Klipy, and how Klipy actually works so that you can get a better understanding of our platform.
We will be adding more pages and videos in the upcoming weeks to make it even easier to start using Klipy for your day to day operations.

Release: Table Functions & Save View ✅
We've upgraded the smart table UI to support sorting and hide/showing columns. You can save the view for yourself to keep only relevant information on the table in the future.
This upgrade is applied to People, Companies, Deals, and Follow-ups page.
Upgrade: Automatic last interaction enrichment ✨
We have upgraded Klipy to automatically find and enrich last interaction when you create a new Person record with email.
This applies to mass import from email conversations as well. You can check out our Importing contacts guide to learn more about how this upgrade changed our import process.
Other minor changes
UI Enhancements:
Homepage has been upgraded to show follow-up actions due today.
You can now view related person's email and phone numbers directly inside the task details.
Performance and Data Enhancements:
We've added few more default fields to both People and Companies to support new use cases.
Page loading speed is being optimized with caching frameworks.

Release: Task Management ✅
You can now manage tasks related to your contacts and deals directly within Klipy. You can access tasks under Tasks page, or tasks tabs under each record pages - they will be automatically filtered to show tasks related to that record only.
Also, When interaction summary is created from the emails, Klipy will automatically create the action items into tasks for you - so that you don't miss out on tasks to follow up.
Upgrade: Note Editor 📝
We have significantly upgraded the note editor in the system as part of our UX enhancement and preparation for auto email drafting feature coming within the next 2 quarters.
Few main changes:
More formatting options including font colors and highlights
More embedding options including youtube and twitter.
AI Completion and Assistant feature inside the note editor - You can choose from pre-set templates or type your own prompt for your content.

Release: Last Engagement & Main POC ✨
If you have mailroom enabled, the last engaged should already be visible.
You can now sort records based on your last engagement.
Engagement is captured using the mailroom, which detects sales signals automatically from incoming emails. If the prospect has purchase intent, the interaction will be automatically logged into Klipy and the last engagement will be updated automatically.
Also, we’ve added Main POC (Deal Owner) field to allow sorting and grouping by the assigned salesperson or lead.
Upgrade: Import contacts from recent conversations
We received several requests to allow filtering the import range, because importing from all conversations also included stale and closed deals that are no longer useful.
You can now select the date range of the email threads to import from, which allows you to import recent and active contacts only.
You can do this multiple times if you don’t have the mailroom enabled — duplicate contacts will be detected and omitted automatically.
Feature is already available for you under People/Company > Import

We just launched our new feature, Mailroom, that will automatically sort, filter, and tag your incoming emails. Emails with strong purchase intents, or other emails that requires your attention and follow-up will be tagged so you can easily find them and follow through (Gmail only).
For emails with prospect opportunity, the CRM records will be auto-created and the conversation will be summarized so you can quickly pick it up in the future.

We've built the feedback system directly into the app to make it easier for you to tell us what you think. We will read all of them and try to give you an answer as soon as possible.

Klipy will automatically transcribe your voice note into text, and save it in your notes folder. We currently support 99 languages - both for the voice note and transcript. You can also ask Klipy to summarize your transcript so that you can quickly recall and use your voice note for another task.
Voice notes are great way to quickly record important details for you to remember in the future. You can now record and keep voice notes in Klipy.
You can simply click Record Voice Note in our note page to start recording. Klipy will automatically upload the voice recording in a secure private storage, transcribe the note and insert it back into your note for you to read. You can quickly summarize the whole transcript (if it is really long) or extract action items from it to load into our task & project management system (coming soon).
We are planning to upgrade this feature to better detect different languages, silences (that causes hallucinations), and noise suppression in the audio.

Columns with ✨ are automatically enriched using our AI based on the latest relevant information on the web, combined with massive B2B databases covering more than 100K+ companies worldwide.
This is not anything new, we've added people, companies, and deals first to organize the records related to deal flows of any size.
Better yet, you can connect your email and import all your contacts into Klipy automatically. We will detect and remove system emails (e.g. Uber Receipts) and automatically add companies detected from the emails. You can see how it works in a short demo 👇
