Release: Last Engagement & Main POC ✨
If you have mailroom enabled, the last engaged should already be visible.
You can now sort records based on your last engagement.
Engagement is captured using the mailroom, which detects sales signals automatically from incoming emails. If the prospect has purchase intent, the interaction will be automatically logged into Klipy and the last engagement will be updated automatically.
Also, we’ve added Main POC (Deal Owner) field to allow sorting and grouping by the assigned salesperson or lead.
Upgrade: Import contacts from recent conversations
We received several requests to allow filtering the import range, because importing from all conversations also included stale and closed deals that are no longer useful.
You can now select the date range of the email threads to import from, which allows you to import recent and active contacts only.
You can do this multiple times if you don’t have the mailroom enabled — duplicate contacts will be detected and omitted automatically.
Feature is already available for you under People/Company > Import
